01Introduction and Acceptance

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Any remaining balance of genuine funds deposited by the player will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding amounts, subject to the completion of verification.
